So it would seem that the band that was playing with X-Idols, that ended up bailing out, was indeed THE Rock City Angels. It also appears that they are still shrouded in the same drama/soap opera/mysteries that plagued their initial careers. Shame, as they are a cool band. Check out the demos, the song "Dark End Of The Street" is pretty friggin' amazing, and shows Durango was/is an incredible voice that should have been HUGE.

Blimey, I stand corrected. The guy that booked them that night told me it was a different band to the one Johnny Depp had involvement with. Shows how much he knows, lol.

They didn't act very professionally, apparently. I heard they didn't even tell the Underworld that they weren't coming, until a few hours before they were due onstage. They weren't even in the country!

That sounds like them Stacey!!! LOL!!! They didn't get anywhere for obvious reasons, and it isn't the conspiracy that everybody wants to say. Read that message board of theirs for some funny shit, and for pure confusion of how all the posts are strung together and how to make sense of any of it.

Then go check out the Pictures on the site. The one of Durango with the two girls is a riot! Plus, it looks like they got some kids to play with them. Just a little odd, the whole thing is. It almost seems like they are TRYING to stay around for some reason.

Andii, "Young Mans Blues" is a VERY good RnR record. The "Glam" one that was supposed to be first, but just recently came out (and that they try to consider an underground classic, and others do also) is actually pretty shitty stuff. I would guess it was shelved and hidden for being shitty, as opposed to the conspiracy that it was supposedly hidden for.

They both wear the "hi, I'm still strung out from 1987" look. He is also looking like he has scored some prime meat there! LOL!!!
